General Conditions

Arrival	From h.17 to h.20

Departure	Within 10 a.m.

Minimum Stay	1 week, from Saturday to the next Saturday

Fee includes	Use of the entire house, swimming pool and parking, water, electricity (air conditioned included), gas, wood for the fireplace, deckchairs around the swimming pool. Final cleaning. Free wi-fi.

Fee does NOT include	Tourist tax equal to €1,50 per person per day for a max of 7 nights.

Payment	30% when you reserve by bank transfer, the remaining 70% before you arrive, always by bank transfer.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation the deposit of 30% will not be returned.

Key money	€.300,00 cash to deposit on your arrival.
