• Arrival - From h.16.00 to h.19.00
• Departure  -Within 9.00 a.m.
• Minimum Stay - 5 nights  
• Fee includes - Use of the entire house, swimming pool and parking, water, electricity (air conditioned included), gas, wood for the fireplace, deckchairs around the swimming pool. Final cleaning. Free wi-fi. 
• Fee does NOT include - Tourist tax equal to € 2,00 per person aged over 14  per day for a max of 7 nights. 
• Payment - 30% at the moment of reservation by bank transfer, the remaining 70% before your arrival, always by bank transfer.
• Cancellation -In case of cancellation the deposit of 30% will not be returned.
