Casa Colombaia: a guarantee for hospitality and friendliness

Once you have the iron gate behind you, you will be surprised by the lingering scent of lavender along the path to the house on the hill and by the lush garden, well kept in accordance with Tuscan countryside: olive trees, geraniums, brooms, roses adorn the space. 

A huge walnut tree shades the main entrance. Scattered around the garden are tables and chairs where to relax or to enjoy one's meals open air. 

Looking out from the garden, the view on the countryside is breathtaking. Far away,  the towers of San Gimignano are visible in the distance. 

In a more reserved area of the garden, a private swimming pool (14mx 6m) is open from early May to mid-October. 

The trees around the swimming pool provide a natural shade to the area perfectly equipped with chairs, tables, deckchairs.
